Post One: Congratulations, Kerri! You are a Rockstar!
Hi from Tallwoods Country Club NSW Australia
Proud to say I won our club championship for the 8th time on the weekend
I feel this is the only site I can brag without looking too full of myself
Post Two: It’s never too late!! Enjoy
Started playing one year ago at the young age of 59. Broke 100 today! Shot a 98 just 3 weeks away from my 60th birthday… love the game!
Post Three: Be proud of your accomplishments!
Proud to say I was the only female competitor in The Shore Classic in New Jersey yesterday! I froze my little tush off I was #1 on the leaderboard through 3 holes and then.. Well, I finished 19 out of 28.
I’ll be honest. My handicap is still on the high side at 36 I shot 120. If I shot 110, I would’ve won!
Clearly, I wasn’t playing well enough to win but that was definitely in the realm of possibility on one of my better golfing days ! Accurate handicapping has been confirmed! Lol
Hey, at least I have fun and I know more practice will get that index down!
Post Four: He’s so happy to be home!
Could not believe who was playing behind us in the comp today!! Two ball Ambrose – Cam partnered with his sister Mel against his Dad Des and golf buddy. Welcome home Cam!!
Post Five: A blue ball joke…
Found this behind my fence today. Seriously would any man play with these???
Post Six: Adorable pup!
Is it caddie Or caddy?
What is the proper spelling, and why, bringing my new service dog puppy home in a few weeks and this will be her name I just can’t decide which way to spell it!
Post Seven: Hang in there, best game ever!
I’m in Myrtle Beach for the weekend playing each of the Legends courses. What I’ve noticed is the ratio of women to men…. 1 woman for every 100 men…. this makes me very sad. I looked around a packed clubhouse/restaurant and didn’t see any women. In the event I’m playing in there are 3 women out of 104 players….. This is the trend I see everywhere and I wish there was some way to get these numbers balanced out. It’s my dream to see 50% of players be women, that’s on any given course on any day of the week! I’d love to see the sport grow, and not just in ladies leagues but throughout the game ⛳🏌️♀️
Post Eight: So much fun! So lucky!
Best day ever with Lisa Longball Vlooswyk!
Post Nine: Keep playing or move?
Y’all… here in PA the golf season is about over!!! I just started playing this year so I’m sad!! What do you do over winter to keep working on your swing?
