Community Guidelines

Women Who Golf is built for genuine connection, friendship and shared experiences. These guidelines protect that purpose.

Be genuine and respectful

Use your real identity, provide truthful profile information and communicate as you would in person. Welcome different backgrounds, abilities, experience levels and opinions about golf.

Not allowed

• Harassment, threats, stalking, bullying, hate, sexual pressure or abusive behaviour.
• Spam, scams, unsolicited promotions, political campaigning or repeated negative behaviour that makes the community unpleasant.
• Using Women Who Golf for personal gain outside its intended uses, including recruiting, lead harvesting or selling contact details.
• Posting another person’s private information, impersonating someone, manipulating reviews or uploading content without the necessary rights.
• Unsafe behaviour, illegal activity, fraud or attempts to bypass moderation, payment or account controls.

Reporting and moderation

Use the report option in Messenger or our contact form. We may review reports, remove content, restrict messages, pause profiles or take other proportionate action. We may preserve information needed to investigate safety, fraud or legal issues. We do not promise a particular outcome or disclose another person’s confidential information.

Meeting offline

Take sensible precautions. Meet in public, tell someone where you are going, use your own transport where possible and do not share financial or identity information until you are comfortable. Women Who Golf is a facilitator, not a guarantor of another member’s identity, intentions or conduct.
