The rules for buying and selling golf products through Women Who Golf.

How the marketplace works

Women Who Golf facilitates a marketplace for buyers and sellers. We may sell our own products, permit brands to list products and allow member sellers to list eligible items. Listings, prices, shipping destinations, condition and timing must be accurate. At launch, marketplace availability may be limited to the United States and Canada.

PayPal and fees

PayPal facilitates marketplace payment and may apply its own terms, verification, holds, dispute process and protections. Women Who Golf provides first-level support but is not PayPal. The marketplace may charge a 5% buyer fee and a 5% seller fee, shown before the transaction is completed. Sellers are responsible for taxes, licences, product legality and truthful descriptions.

Shipping and returns

The seller must ship within the timeframe shown in the listing and provide tracking through the platform. The seller is responsible for safe packaging and the stated destination. Buyers should inspect an item promptly and report a material problem through the platform. Return, refund and dispute outcomes depend on the listing, the reason for the request, PayPal’s process and applicable law. See the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Safety and prohibited products

Do not list counterfeit, stolen, illegal, unsafe, recalled or materially misrepresented products. Women Who Golf may review images and listings without taking physical possession of an item, and may remove listings or restrict accounts when needed.

Records and future expansion

We may retain transaction, shipping, payment, fraud and dispute records even after an account is deleted. International shipping and additional countries will be enabled only when the relevant destination, tax, customs, returns and payment rules are supported.
