This policy explains how buyers and sellers should handle non-delivery, damage, listing differences, returns and refund requests.
Start with the seller
Report a problem from the order page so the seller can respond inside the recorded transaction thread. For urgent fraud, safety, suspected counterfeit or non-delivery concerns, involve WWG immediately.
Covered problems
A buyer may request help when an item is not received, materially differs from the approved listing, arrives with undisclosed damage, is suspected counterfeit, or cannot be used safely as described.
Buyer-remorse returns
A seller is not required to accept a return because the buyer changed her mind, chose the wrong size or no longer wants the item, unless the seller’s listing offered that return right.
Evidence and deadlines
Keep packaging, shipping labels and the item. Submit clear photographs or video promptly through the order record. Do not repair, modify, use or return the item until instructions are confirmed.
Refund and return outcome
WWG may help the parties document an agreed return, partial refund or other remedy. PayPal determines provider-level payment disputes under its own policies. Return-shipping responsibility depends on the reason and final resolution.
Reviews
After receipt or the automatic delivery window, the buyer can leave one verified seller review with a star rating and comment. Reviews must be truthful and may be updated if the transaction outcome changes.
Open the relevant order in My Marketplace and choose Report a problem so the transaction record, seller and evidence stay connected.
