These terms explain the rules for listing, buying, selling, payment coordination and marketplace access.
Who may use the marketplace
The marketplace is for approved adult WWG members in the United States. WWG may require identity, address, seller and payment-provider verification before enabling buying or selling.
Listings and prohibited conduct
Sellers must own the item, choose the correct category, use photographs of the actual item, disclose every material flaw and upload possession proof. Counterfeit, stolen, recalled, unsafe, illegal or misleading items are prohibited. Contact details and off-platform payments may not be solicited.
Fees and payment
Listing is free. WWG deducts a 15% marketplace fee from the item sale price. Provider charges, taxes and shipping are disclosed separately. An order exists only after WWG verifies a successful PayPal capture.
Shipping, tracking and payout
The seller must dispatch within the promised time and upload working tracking. Eligible funds release when the buyer marks the order received or under the applicable provider release timetable, no later than the displayed marketplace deadline. Problems or disputes pause payout where the provider allows.
Moderation and accounts
WWG may approve, return, reject, hide or remove a listing; request more evidence; limit marketplace access; or ban a seller for safety, fraud, repeated policy breaches or attempts to bypass marketplace fees.
WWG’s role
WWG provides listing, moderation, communication and payment-coordination tools. WWG is not the seller, does not take title to member goods and is not a licensed escrow service. Provider protections and legal rights may apply independently.
