The retreat-specific information to read before paying a deposit or balance.

Retreat bookings are governed by the current Retreat Booking Terms. They cover deposits, the 30-day balance deadline, cancellation, itinerary changes, insufficient bookings, travel insurance, passports, visas, suppliers and guest conduct.

Retreat-related personal information is explained in the Retreat Privacy Notice. We may share necessary booking information with hotels, transport providers, golf courses, payment providers and other suppliers needed to arrange the retreat.

Travel insurance is optional but strongly recommended. Guests are responsible for flights, passports, visas, entry requirements, personal expenses and risks not covered by their insurance. If a retreat does not proceed or a material date change is proposed, Women Who Golf will explain the available refund or credit options.
