The general rules for using the Women Who Golf website, community and services.

Agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Women Who Golf LLC. By visiting the website, creating an account or using a feature, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use Women Who Golf

The community is for adults aged 18 or over who identify as women. Women Who Golf does not routinely verify gender identity. We ask everyone to respect the purpose of the community and the privacy and dignity of other members. A retreat may permit a younger guest only where Women Who Golf has expressly approved the arrangement with a responsible guardian.

Accounts and content

Give accurate information, protect your login details and tell us if you believe your account has been misused. You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Women Who Golf a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, adapt and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve and promote the service, subject to any separate content-use choice shown during signup or in your profile controls.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit content. Do not upload another person’s image, contact details or private information without permission. We may remove content, restrict features or suspend an account when needed for safety, moderation, legal compliance or service integrity.

Community services

Women Who Golf helps members discover connections, playing partners, friends, retreats, coaching opportunities, marketplace listings and other experiences. We do not guarantee that a member, listing, coach, course, supplier or opportunity will be suitable, available, safe or accurate. Use good judgement, protect your personal information and meet other people in public places until you are comfortable.

Payments and separate terms

Paid services have their own prices, payment instructions and policies. Retreats are subject to the Retreat Terms. Marketplace transactions are subject to the Marketplace Terms and Returns Policy. Competition rules are shown with each promotion.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Women Who Golf is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for another user’s conduct, content, products or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Participation in golf, travel and community activities involves risks; accept only activities appropriate for your circumstances and follow safety instructions.

Suspension, termination and changes

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through your profile controls. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, the Community Guidelines or applicable law. We may update the service and these Terms. If a change is material, we will provide notice where reasonably possible.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns informally.
