Agreement
These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and Women Who Golf LLC. By visiting the website, creating an account or using a feature, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who may use Women Who Golf
The community is for adults aged 18 or over who identify as women. Please respect the purpose of the community and the privacy and dignity of other members.
Accounts and content
Give accurate information, protect your login details and tell us if you believe your account has been misused. You keep ownership of content you submit, while giving Women Who Golf a licence to host, display and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve and promote the service.
Community services
Women Who Golf helps members discover connections, playing partners, friends, retreats, coaching opportunities, marketplace listings and other experiences. We do not guarantee that a member, listing, coach, course, supplier or opportunity will be suitable, available, safe or accurate. Use good judgement and protect your personal information.
Payments and separate terms
Paid services have their own prices, payment instructions and policies. Retreats are subject to the Retreat Terms. Marketplace transactions are subject to the Marketplace Terms and Returns Policy. Competition rules are shown with each promotion.
SMS Terms
Women Who Golf LLC sends retreat-related customer-care text messages to members who have directly opted in through the retreat booking form. Messages may include payment confirmations, remaining-balance reminders, payment-invoice links and important updates about the member’s paid retreat. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or contact admin@womenwhogolf.net. Reply STOP to opt out of further messages. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a retreat. Women Who Golf LLC does not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Women Who Golf is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for another user’s conduct, content, products or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension, termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through your profile controls. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, the Community Guidelines or applicable law. We may update the service and these Terms and will provide notice of material changes where reasonably possible.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
